The throbbing may continue for a time and this is normal for a body not conditioned for this to occur(the Kundlini). So please discontinue the pranayama and the chakra breathing. Eat some watermelon and relax. This is not a problem and is more of an indication of progress Prasad. Please do a Hatha yoga set for about twenty minutes then a light meditation after that be sure to balance both sides of the body when doing yoga. If you do not know any Yoga do the five Tibetans no more tha twenty one times each rite and the meditation directly afterwords. Nothing else. Be thankful and gracious for what is happening Prasad.
