The house is settling

Do you hear subtle noises like the ceiling or window creak while you're

writing or meditating? Along with Kriyas I'd hear sounds outside the

window while in meetings and I got panicky. I sat against my bedroom

wall and felt electricity from the wall yank my head against it and my

eyelids were pulled upward. Same period of time I'd get hard yanks and

jerks while in bed and if I sat on the floor impulses against the back

of my knees. Once while talking to my ex spouse and arguing I felt

circles being drawn simultaneously on the inside of both knees. I

almost told him what happened but knew better. I connected that with an

apparent symbol outside the kitchen window. It was my neighbor driving

in zig zag fashion in a van and that reminded me of something I won't

go into. lol however have you tried to make sense or catch patterns

with the K in you? and did you feel hard thumps against the back of

your head, ears and/or sharp shooting pains against your back like a

wet noodle that turned into a mean little thing whipping you?

Yes you can catch the patterns but try not to get too distracted by

them merely because they will not often follow a linear or logical

expression. Can be confusing.

 

Also watch that clairaudience you may hear far more than what is

physically being presented. So, you know, try not to exclaim to others

in the house " Did you hear that!? " - lol.

 

Been there done that heh! They may not whistle the " Twilight Zone "

theme song to your face but it will get whistled - lol. - blessings -
