Hello Sukhi,

This moving meditation will be good for you once a week.

Please continue with the Tibetans and the other safety practices

particularly the locks. The Shakti is moving around you and she isnt

having any poroblems your frequency for activation isnt quite where

it needs to be just yet.

Please focus on the emotional and mental bodys of expression.

Balance your emotions and balance your expectations. Please

discontinue having expectations that are of a hurried or controlling

nature. Often part of the test is the consistent practice based in

faith that the Kundalini will awaken. Not a " forcing " of the issue.

You are doing well I feel at this time and I do enjoy your focus and

discernemnt and actual practice of the movement meditation and your

very clear and well formed questions.

Keep going my friend and keep your practice strong. Stay clear of

other influences as in other forms of activation. You will activate

it is merely a matter of time and practice and frequency. Be patient

and pass these tests the Kundalini often gives those seemingly in a

hurry.

I see no problems with the t & sticl & s. Keep me apprised of your

feelings and sensations as you continue your practice. - blessings
