Guest guest
Sukhi, Three snakes can be seen from a Kundalini context as Ida Pingalla and Sushumna. These are the three Sanskrit names given to the three main arteries of Kundalini that circulate the spine. Sushumna is the spine. These artieries criss cross eachthoer and in the spaces that are created the chakras are located. The cool breeze and the heat are signs that your father is beginning to activate. Please make sure he knows about the safeties and begins to practice them daily. - blessings Sukhi and father. - chrism , Sukhvinder <sukhvinus wrote: >> Dear friends, My father is also practising along with me to awaken his kundalini. Guest guest
Thanks for explanations about the snakes and the nadis. I have also read about the 3 nadis i.e. Ida, Pingla and Sushumna Nadi. I. Ida Nadi (Moon Line, Left Channel) - manifests the LEFT sympathetic nervous systems (SNS) II. Pingala Nadi (Sun Line, Right Channel) - manifests the RIGHT sympathetic nervous systems (SNS) III. Sushumna Nadi (Central Channel) - manifests the PNS (parasympathetic nervous system which is divided by a gap between the vagus nerve and the kundalini. ) ....Sukhi...
