Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I am new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sanjiv Sahay and I live in Northern California. I had the privilege to spend half a day with on Sunday and was amazed at the amount of wisdom and knowledge he has. We meditated for some time inside the hollow trunk of an ancient redwood tree- what an experience it was. I could feel the energy in these ancient trees (many over a thousand years old). I have been interested in Kundalini awakening for many years and have read many books on the subject, but have been apprehensive about the 'dangers' that accompany the awakening of the Kundalini, as specified in many books. explained the process and the manifestations, and that clarity has helped allay those fears. More important was the assurance that he will be available to help with any issues that may arise. I plan to start practising the Safeties and the Tibetans right away, and take Shaktipat in September. I lived in India for the early part of my life and immigrated to the US fifteen years back and now am involved with an Internet startup in Silicon Valley. I have been practising pranayama for quite a few years along with some chanting of mantras. I look forward to interacting with this group and getting your help on my quest for Kundalini awakening. Regards to all, Sanjiv
