Guest guest
Chrism May i ask if you can advise if the spasms I have been having are a kundalini starting event ot simply a body issue I feel a bit onfused wishing maybe kindalini but dreading it at same time as scared to issues raised here about side effects . Guest guest
Fear of Kundalini symptoms and fear of something other than Kundalini is a recipe for more fear. You are here and it is no accident. You lack any other symptom that would imply an activation but I will suggest that you can benefit from being here. As I see you I do see you covered in blue. This can be seen as potential or as an activated status. I would like to know more of the dynamic of your spasms. Do they feel extremely good during the activity? Do you have or have you ever had any other symptoms? Such as seeing floating lights, blacking out, eyes out of focus, one eye dilated and the other normal, headaches, bleeding from the ears, Does your tongue want to go up? Are you hearing the buzzing of bees without any present? Hearing the sounds of crickets without any present? Are you able to stay conscious during these spasms? Do you shake as if you have a tremor? Do you make animal sounds? or have sudden uncontrolled vocalizations? Is there a long duration to the spasm? Do the spasms contort your body into Yoga positions? Do your fingers automatically go into the thumb and forefinger being pressed together? Do you wake up at night assuming a Yoga position? Do you have times when you feel pressure at the base of your spine? Do you feel " hot " but have no temperature? Have you ever crashed and injured your spine or neck? - I will await your answers. - b;lessings to you. - chrism , " Laurie " <lauriektm wrote: > > May i ask if you can advise if the spasms I have been having are a kundalini starting event
Guest guest
Chrism Thankyou for prompt reply i wil try to explain what has been happening the spasms mainly when in bed before falling asleep in the region of the torso in particuarily the stomach area as if energy is bounching around internally often it will lift me off the bed or move me sideways originally it was scary but now feels ok and good process going on and I'm always conscious. Time wise can be a couple of seconds but ongoing over half hour or more or i change positions in bed to stop them if i sit very still during day then spasm will start there are also some leg spasms but not reguarly i feel energy in palm of hands and on top of head and around heart but my back opposite heart is painful this all comes and goes My tongue seems to be at roof always during these spasms no yoga postures or finger position just tongue but i do hear a sound of a whip crack or say sound barrier be broken just a sudden snap of sound no temperature changes but yes i have a neck injury from accident but about 16 years ago so i'm careful not to aggrevate it again Thankyou again Laurie -- In , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Fear of Kundalini symptoms and fear of something other than Kundalini > is a recipe for more fear. Guest guest
Hi Laurie, I experienced this spasming EXACTLY the same in my stomach/solar plexus over the period of a couple of years (since 2005). Not only the contractions but ALL the other symptoms you mention! Including the tongue glued to the front of the palate. I always just surrendered to it all and then one day I realized that my right leg had been spasming the same for a few weeks. Then it dawned on me that the spasming in my solar plexus was no longer occurring and had evidently gradually migrated to my leg. This was only a few months ago and now I haven't noticed any spasming anywhere for a month or two. The spasms generally occurred when meditating or within spiritual contemplation or even reading group emails. Sometimes when just lying down. If I attempted to intervene to control them it brought about a shivery shudder through my body as the energy protested my conscious interaction. On many occasions I intended making a post since it has been such a integral symptom but ultimately always just surrender and accept and concern myself with other matters. Maybe I was also hesitant posting about it because no one else I have read has experienced the same - until now... Thank you for sharing and console yourself in the knowledge that this (as all k symtomatology is) is merely a transient effect and by-product of ones evolution towards awakening. Guest guest
This does give an indication of Kundalini Laurie. These spasms can be seen as a form of kriya for you that is customized to your individual placement or process within the Kundalini at this time. -blessings - chrism , " Laurie " <lauriektm wrote: > > Chrism > Thankyou for prompt reply
Guest guest
Laurie: I am having similar spasms in my belly area. It feels as if something is moving about. It gets stronger and moves more when I am quiet and in bed. I find it pleasant and reassuring. And there is a constant total body vibration it seems all the time now. I am happy you posted this because like Glen I had not read this from anyone. I used to attribute all symptoms to menapause but now anything that is new and different I just say " oh yeah - k is here. " It makes things so much easier, but it is nice to have these thngs validated. Guest guest
I thought the spasm sensation in the solar plexus area had to do with the out-of-body experience. I have been experiencing that since the beginning of having OBEs. Linda , " chrism " <> wrote: > > This does give an indication of Kundalini Laurie. Guest guest
Thanks for that answer!!! I needed it. I do my meditation on a DAILY BASIS and I feel the spasms, tremors and shakings all over my body at times much more than others. Sometimes I feel like I'm going to fall of my bed since they are so intense. My meditations have never been the same because I am constantly feeling " all sorts " of energy feelings that I never felt before something as if I'm drifting away from my bed and into space. At other times, after my whole body finishes going through all of that process, once I'm through with the meditation, I get painful blocks in my solar plexus or root chakra.... but the only thing that I do is surrender and they eventually are not as painful as some other times. So many sensations in just one session of meditation, it's a whole different world too " unknown " to others to explain unless your living it. I guess it makes me feel o.k. not to be alone and to see that others are going through similar situations. Funny though, I was asking myself some of the questions that some of you had in mind the other night---and then I see the anwers here. Amazing how K works on questions that we have so that we can somehow, someway get the answers that we need. Thanks to all of you!!
