Guest guest
Thank you Dr. Cloer, This affects us on a Kundalini level due to the dietary changes which can occur. The desires for sweets can be mistaken for intuitive directives. Some of you have DM. More than a few actually and I would like to take this moment to direct you to the balancing of your physical temple. Make the time to increase your exercise. Make the decision to alter your foods and to take out all artificial sugars and processed sugars. As well as white processed flour. As well as NutraSweet. As well as high fructose corn syrups. I know you will crave sweets and yet these specific sweets need to stop. Fruits and vegetable sugars are best. If you can limit the intake of these toxins into yourself to start with you will do well. If you can " cold turkey " it you will do better. Kundalini comfort and development can be modulated by the condition of the physical body. The idea is to build as clean a physical temple as possible. And our food choices are one of the most difficult behavior modifications to make. So do your best and if you can be very occasional with these issues that is a good start. If you can take them out of your menu choices that is better. Do your best. For those with the DM it is much more of a priority and I strongly suggest that you go cold turkey and do not look back! - blessings all and Dr. Cloer for informing us. - chrism , " Melissa " <mm7810 wrote: > > Dear All – >Just a quick note to bring everyone's attention to the topic of > diabetes mellitus. Guest guest
Just to add to what said, anyone with dm needs to be careful with fruits as they can really affect blood sugar levels.
