Guest guest
Hi all I have started to feel my dreaming patterns have changed. I had made a mandatory habit to observer my dreams and remember them clearly after I wake up. This was going on fine...but for a past few days I get into dreams and I can hardly remember a single thing of it......I even don't remember I had a dream..... Today I had another experience....while I was travelling in bus to work I fell asleep. Due to the music running in the bus I dint go into a complete sleep. I was more sleep and little awake. But I had a big dream. I suddenly woke up and felt as if I have slept for an hour and have been dreaming for a very very long time....and again I could not remember anything about the dream.. Why this change in the dream pattern.....please guide me With Warm Regards, Nagendra Prasad K.R

Guest guest
I've noticed for the past two weeks that I hear music in my dreams. But it's during that time right before you're awake..I forget what it's called (when you're not in deep sleep anymore, but you're not awake yet). And I wake to music. I always think that one of my kids is already up and watching TV or that my son has his radio on, but neither are true. It's not a song I know, and it's always different. Any ideas? : elektra.fire: Wed, 9 Jul 2008 09:59:03 +0000Re: My dreaming patterns have changed... Guest guest
Don't fret Prasad. The lessons from the dream sink into the unconscious mind. Sometimes it is better if we don't remember them because we might not be ready to consciously get or accept what we are learning. When information is ready to be conscious you will remember your dreams. Sarita , <nagendra.prasad wrote: > > Hi all > > I have started to feel my dreaming patterns have changed.
