Guest guest
The foot has a palm like the palm of your hand. In that foot palm is a chakra. These foot chakras are what will draw up earth (feminine) energy and can often be felt inside a Kundalini activation with tingling or heat or intense cold. These can be very important for coming into an energetic balance with in the positive and negative or male and female polarities of the experience. The toes like fingertips are also with chakras so be kind and loving to them though you may not see them as much as your fingers. Sometimes awakenings can be charted by the left big toe turning black and blue as the energy will often demonstrate there first. This is why I ask that, as much as possible, you should spend some time barefoot on bare earth. Not in the freezing weather unless you have the energy up already and can still be warm. Foot massage and toe massage can be very nice for the activation of those ignored chakras. If that is the case. Just the act of rubbing your feet together in specific ways can activate a dormant flow. -
Guest guest
hi chism and all, funny you mention this. i didn't post about this but about four days ago while meditating i suddenly felt like someone had stuck a burning hot coal to the top middle right section of my right foot. i felt the pain all the way through to the palm of my foot. of course i jerked my foot up as to remove it from the source. the pain left. i put my foot back to where it was and continued meditating. i could then feel a slight burning...not painful...in the tips of my four outer right toes. now that i think on it. its possible it came from the palm up and was most intense on top. also shortly after that i felt as though my mid section was shake quite forcefully for about two seconds then a slight pressure up under my ribcage. also some short muscle spasm/movements in different places. i just let it all happen with out too much disruption to the meditation. i now realize weird things are going to happen to me in meditation. i'm open to the experience. thanks for the post. i'd like a website or explanation on where the rest of our chakras are and what they connect to if any one has one. debby w
