Keep yourself as clean as you can. Not so much with soaps and

detergents but with water in various temperature gradients as well as

salt or baking soda if you are in a bath. Keep the g & nital and r & ctal

areas clean. Especially after using the restroom in a seated fashion.

Wash and dry these areas if you can.

Due to Kundalini heat these areas can perspire more than usual and

they can develop an itch which can turn into a kind of dermatitis so

keep them as clean as you can - no joke. Keep these areas clean! Try

to also keep them dry though with clothing that can be difficult but

when you can take the needed steps to attain a dry quality for these

covered areas. " Everclear " a grain alcohol can induce a dry quality to

these areas but it will sting. - blessings all - chrism

I wish to add a point here...

In india it is followed that while having bath adding a few leaves of

neem and tulasi is very helpful..it is very much antiseptic and

antibacterial..

Neem and Tulasi is so good that is it taken as medicine and has lots of

medicinal values....both of them are regarded as gods in the hindhu

mythology...

Details of neem : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neem

Details of Tulasi : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocimum_tenuiflorum
