Guest guest
You GO Don! You are a great example of what to do and how to do if you can do. Your doing great. Tibetans on the beach has a special quality at least for me. - blessings Don. - chrism , merlin wrote: > > Well I think I'm heating up a bit. Guest guest
Thank you sir, guess my only question might be, is it normal to loose great gobs of time? I have cultivated openness and surrender, openness is how I cured my ills.. just letting it flow thru me. It's a bit disconcerting to start practice at 5 in the morning and come to at noon. I don't mind at all, something is working on me while I'm not there. I just don't want to be late for work. Here I see people remember their practice, and even their dreams. I don't think I have ever remembered a dream, I'm not quite sure that I do dream. My practice seems to be fully letting go so much so I have no idea where I have been. I don't even have to really state that I feel it is a good thing. But I do. I have no fear of it. Actually I can say I have no fear at all. Don > > You GO Don! Guest guest
If you can I would suggest that you start at three a.m. You will dream so prepare yourself and you will remember them. If you can do the Tibetans in your " natral " state then I will also suggest this. If you can do them on the beach this way so much the better but beach or meadow it all has its special flavor. So you choose. You may lose some time but Kundalini is a grounding force as well as a radiatory experience. So you go out but you stay rooted. Its a Heaven and Earth marriage. You bcome a tree of endless proportions. - blessings Don - chrism , " merlin6949 " <merlin wrote: > > Thank you sir, guess my only question might be, is it normal to > loose great gobs of time?
