Guest guest
Brandi, If this were my dream, this would be my interpretation. You can take it or leave it, as you resonate or not. >in the dream i was having a cookout> Cooking is about getting ready to receive knowledge-food- you use heat to cook, which is about expansion of consciousness. >i got very upset because one of my guests (who i didn't even know)> People in dreams represent aspects of ourselves; characteristics we have-the comic, the shy one, the ambitious one, the shy one-the fact that you didn't know this person says they are an aspect of yourself you are unfamiliar with, maybe it is something new. > brought her " dog " which was actually a wolf> Animals usually represent habit-ruts-ingrained ways of thinking. Attachments. A wolf trying to attack you seems to me to be an unrecognized habit that is controlling your life >pack of wolves starting to emerge from the woods.> This seems like some habits that may be somewhat harmful, especially when combined with: >i called a friend of mine who was a rehab person for these type of wolves that were " tamed as dogs " and she came out to help take the wolf dog to her rehab facility so it would not be put to sleep.> when I see rehab, I'm wondering if that strikes any chords w/in you. The habits seem to be somewhat under control...And the fact that the wolf-dogs won't be killed, says you don't want to change the habit-death is about change... >when she went out back to get the dog there was nothing left but bones from it's owner.> The fact that the habit or attachment or ingrained way of thinking destroyed an aspect of your self could be a 'good' thing or a not so 'good' thing depending on how you see it, or what you think the unfamiliar aspect may have been. Anyway, this would be my interpretation, for whatever it is worth to you. Hope it helps! Love Carol
Guest guest
wow carol! thanks! so much info here....when i have some quiet time i will sit and further analyze this and see what i learn. like i said, it is very unusual for me to have dreams in the first place (atleast ones i remember). when i do have them they seem to be very similar in events. i remembe one i had about a year ago....i was house sitting for some neighbors (which i used to do quite often) and their were dinosaurs roaming the neighborhood and i was scared of having my kids or pets getting caught by one so we were trying to round them up. i got them all to my house and was hiding out with my dog at my neighbors until it was clear i could leave. the only thing they could see through my neighbors and all the other houses in the neighborhood except for my house. for some reason my house was invisible to them. they all seem to have the same theme......rounding up the kids and animals to safety. and being attacked or potentially attacked by some kind of animal. hmmm. brandyk On 7/14/08, Carol <light248Y80 wrote: > > Brandi, > If this were my dream, this would be my interpretation.
