Guest guest
I awakened my K unintentionally. I had no idea what I was doing would do what it did. I am hoping that someone here can shed some light on it for me please. What I did was practice moving my eyes fluidly around instead of flicking my point of focus from one thing to the next. It required constant unwavering focus, it was like a non-stop, open eyed, walking meditation. I succeeded in changing how I moved my eyes relatively quickly, maybe two or three days. However the meditation didn't stop, it continued, for several weeks. After about one week I found myself dancing like a snake. Has anyone heard of this before? I would be very interested in anything anyone can tell me about it. Thank you Cal
Guest guest
Hello Cal, Yes you joined us January 28 so I will ask if you have had an opportunity to read the safeties yet? When you say " dancing like a snake " how do you mean exactly? What other symptoms do you have? - blessings Cal. Have you had a chance to read others awakening stories? - chrism , " Cal " <awakeandaware wrote: > > I awakened my K unintentionally. I had no idea what I was doing would > do what it did. My request for info was referring to the free eye movement " technique " that caused it all. I thought to myself one day " It would be cool to move my eyes freely and fluidly, instead of the regular " flicking " way " and then I practised it, innocently, having no other intentions or ideas of what was to come. That happened a year ago and still haven't found any info about it. For anyone who is curious to know more (and there is MUCH more) I started a thread on Astral Dynamics about it: http://forums.astraldynamics.com/viewtopic.php?f=9 & t=9380 Thank you Cal
Guest guest
Hi Cal, I found your post on Astral Dynamics very interesting. I know of a website that teaching a technique to balance the right and feft hemisheres. I wonder if this is what you are doing but with out the visual tools and all. Doing this exercise is how I trained my eyes to be able to see auras. http://www.web-us.com/brain/Visual_Test_Hemispheric_Dominance.htm This exercise is also found on this site. http://thiaoouba.com/kirc4.htm @@@It feels like a tiny flickering tongue wrigling around in the center of your eyes@@@@ I do experience this wiggling sensation in my eyes at times. I thought of it as little tiny hair size snakes wiggling there. Guest guest
Hi Cal, I don't know if you saw the replied I made to you post yesterday, but I made it without reading all those pages on Astraldymanics. I thought I understood what you were saying, but after reading the rest of the pages, I'm not so sure. It is a very fascinating and interesting way you have awakening K though. I am not so sure another person could understand exactlly what happen unless they could experience it like that, well. It reminds me a lot of the awareness techniques I learned taking the Gnosticweb AP course. One thing I do know is the awareness exercises plays a big part in helping a person to astral project at will and also I know it increases one's ability to become lucid in dreams and have better dream recall. There is a little thing I do often and am wondering if it is what you are doing. When I go on walks everyday I do try and make it my intent to practice awareness at the same time. Sometimes I focus on the the little points of light that you can see in the air and I can make them seem to be right up in my face, close enough to reach out and touch if I chose to. Then I an can make them seem to go farther and farther at a distance from me, even over the tree tops and houses. I am nearsighted, so I know I can't really see those little points of light if they are a hundred yards or more away, so I figured it was just a trick of the eye. Is this what you are doing when you say to 'push' your focus farther out? You have certainly found an unique way of awakening K and also to go within to connect with the subcounscious. I has got me back practicing awareness more diligently. Just the little I did last night help me be more aware of dreaming last night. Thank you so very much for posting/sharing about this. Guest guest
Hi Cal, I haven't read much of the Astral Dynamics posts yet but I'm familiar with the red and blue ying yang you ask about - I see it sometimes while meditating. If I'm tired, it's just sloppy splashes of colour, but it becomes geometrically perfect on good days, rotating very slowly. The blue is a very dark navy blue, the red is a bit livelier.
