I am experiencing some hip and leg discomfort when I reach a curtain point of relaxation and meditation. This discomfort does not hurt. It just feels like a partial leg paralysis and numbing effect that feels weird and is causing me to lose focus in meditating. I have tried sitting, laying down, and using a pillow to prop up my hip and leg. Nothing seems to help. I want to get past this blockage. Any suggestions?
