Question about the first saturn return

Yes I ask many weird questions and say out of the ordinary stuff. I

dont care though, I'll ask whatever.

 

I was wondering how the kundalini relates to a saturn return? What

takes place here exactly, a saturn return? I seem to find that many

people awaken the kundalini at aroudn this time (age 28). Is the

saturn return (age 28) the best time when were developed or matured

enough on certain levels to let go, make changes, and take the

kundalini or something? Just curious
