Hello group,

I have never written any poetry (haha - it will probably be obvious)

but wrote this while sitting on the deck yesterday listening to the

birds chirp. Their song sounded so other worldly to me. I guess it

is Shakti's first verse through Charles.

Their words echo things familiar,

From far but near – I cannot grasp;

The melody falls full yet hollow,

A reflection of future and past.

These sounds speak in distant tongues,

And please me in celestial ways;

I comprehend not this splendor,

Born of benign but mystical days.

Frothing waves in a torrent of time,

Crash upon the sea of silence beyond

All which my fragile form can sense,

Like ripples in a stagnant pond.

Much love,

Charles

Late Sri Narayana Guru was a great Yogi. http://www.snaofna.org/ng_b.stm(Sri Narayana Association of north America)He had an awakened Kundalini. He had written about K in a poem called the K song.
