Guest guest
namaste everyone one of the safeties is prayer to Goddess energy of Shakti. in the past i've skipped over this part. i viewed it as dualistic and had a non-duality fetish.. now i since i'm more serious about this specific path and more understanding i'd like to do it. but i really have no idea what to do, so i ask you guys to help me out is there an image I can print out to focus on? or should I close eyes and visualize? the problem with this is that i don't know what form to visualize form aside, is it correct that the Shakti Goddess is the symbol of awakening and ascension to higher consciousness? not a separate individual but the same as what some call Higher Self. The deity is symbolically worshiped but in reality it is the true enlightened self that is worshiped? When one opens to the astral then this Goddess can be interacted with like a Guide? thank you mikael

Guest guest
Here is a picture for you to look at. It incorprates Shiva on the left and Shakti on the right. They are to be seen and understood as aspects of the Sacred Male & the Sacred Female.

Guest guest
chrism, thank you i really like that picture.. i have a copy of it actually i sent it to my girlfriend a couple months ago and she painted me it, i'll be hanging it up soon. i really liked the suggestions you sent, but i connected with this image for Goddess http://mandalas.com/HinduGallery/LakshmiGold.php and the yantras i liked most were these two http://mandalas.com/SquareMandalas/Maha_Sri_Yantra.php http://www.iloveulove.com/images/sri%20yantra-siva-shakti.jpg i put the second one in the bathroom, eye level to toilet lol i have the Goddess picture at eye level where i meditate on my cushion, so i'll be able to gaze into the eyes. i saw a post where you taught someone in person the shakti mantra, is it possible to teach this over email? i'm not familiar to how to approach this beyond gazing into the eyes and be open and surrendering. , " chrism " <> wrote: > > http://ph.Kundalini-Awakening-Systems- > 1/photos/view/bb50?b=1 > > > , " chrism " > <@> wrote: > Here is a picture for you to look at.
