Guest guest
Hi Everyone The emotional balancing is quite something, and very important. I had the pleasure of doing a course recently, this time of the year is really busy for me, with Dr Sharon Forrest. The course addressed emotional healing, where one vents ones feelings and faces the issues head on in a directed healing session, with others that are there for the same purpose. Just as said, this is not a one time fix, but the healing has begun, allowing for further growth. Yes, you even get techniques to help you thereafter. I would take a look at her site, and read her story, she is quite a phenomenal being.
