It has been a while, but want to share with you!

Hello to all of you! It has been a while since I have posted, I hope

all is going well with you!

 

Last week my family and I went on a vacation up to South Carolina to

spend the week on Lake Wateree in Camden, South Carolina! It is

something we do every year! As always we had a blast! On Saturday as

we began our adventures it was pouring rain! Some friends of ours

stopped by our house just before we left for the trip. They had just

returned from the Orlando area. They had told us of the thick rain

they had encountered on the way in to Satellite Beach where we live!

They said it was so thick that they had to pull off the side of the

road because of lack of visability! Anyhow, we said our good byes and

headed out ourselves. It was raining so hard that as our friends we

couldn't really see anything to far in front of the us. It was a bit

scary because we were pulling our 21 foot boat behind us! Anyway, I

called my friend who had stopped by the house to find out from the

internet just how far up highway 95 the rain extended! She looked for

us and it showed excessive heavy rains up into most of GA and into SC

as well. After I hung up the phone we stopped and I prayed to God

thanking Him for the rain and to aske that He be with us in our

travels keeping us safe! After we held hands and prayed we started

off on our journey again! The rain began to slow down and come to a

stop! We didn't have anymore issues with rain the rest of our trip!

You could see the clouds behind us, but the clouds in front of us

there was nothing but sunshine! Praise God for His gift to us!

 

As we continued on our way Frank's sister called and said that their

uncle probably wouldn't make it through the night! He was riddled

with cancer! I felt before living he wouldn't last much longer, so I

suggested that we pack for his funeral just in case! Anyway, we

stopped in Savanah, GA for the night and the next morning we began

again. I felt that we would be receiving a phone call soon about

Frank's uncle. About 15 minutes after getting on the road his sister

called, their uncle had passed away! Before going to the lake which

is about 45 minutes from where their uncle lived we went by to see

the family. On Wednesday, his funeral was held. While at the funeral

I could see their uncle's wife at the service and my mind was having

a hard time accepting the fact the preacher not acknowledging her.

See she has been gone from this earth since September 1998! Anyway, I

knew she was gone, but at the same time I was having this unusual

experience. After the grave side service Frank, the boys, and I were

leaving and I could feel Frank's mom (she was the sister of the aunt

and sister-in-law of the uncle) there. She had passed in December

2004. Anyway, her presence was so strong there that I almost told

Frank to wait on his mom, we were about to leave her. Just as I went

to say something reality returned and I told Frank of my experience.

He chuckled and we continued to leave. As we were riding down the

road we decided to go by her grave site. During the travels and

prior, I could see as if watching a movie in my mind Frank's uncle.

He was being greeted by what appeared to be shadows at first with a

brilliant bright light radiating from behind them. AS the vision

continued I began to see the faces of each person, they were people

who had already passed, including those of my own family! They were

congregating around uncle Hank. Anyway, I continued to have this

vision play out and if became very strong. I had this overwhelming

need to share it with Uncle Hank's son and daughter so I did! Once I

did, the vision ceased! All of it was the most profound experience I

had ever had! I thanked God for allowing me to experience it all!

 

While we were at the lake later in the week we decided to go to a

Revolutionary War Site located in Camden, SC. WE did this at night!

While we were there at some points in our visit I could feel what

seemed like electrical charges entering my hands and traveling up my

arms making the hair on my arms and neck stand! It was wonderful!

Same thing happened for just a few seconds when we visited the Camden

Civil War Battle Field!

 

I also for the very first time witnessed someone other than myself

speaking in tongues! My sister-in-law and I were kneeling and praying

the first Sunday we arrived, the Sunday Uncle Hank had passed. During

the prayer my sister-in-law began speaking in tongues. We were

holding hands and I could feel a strong energy entering my hands from

her filtering throughout my body. It was the most amazing feeling! It

was so intense that I could feel my body go into a super charge mode,

yet at the same time feel shaky and almost weak from what seemed like

exhaustion. I have never felt anything so wonderful other than when I

was singing in church one Sunday and I could feel myself being filled

with the Holy Spirit entering my head and I began to cry and laugh

and sing and my body began to shake and my legs felt as if they were

about to colapse! I felt the presence of the Lord!

 

Then on our way home we had another experience with rain and I prayed

and it ceased until we arrived home!

 

I know it was God answering my prayers, providing me with such

wonderful and miraculous experiences and making sure we had a

wonderful, wonderful time with our families, both mine and Frank's.

That was the first time we were all together, both sides, in years!

Anyway, I just felt like I should share with you my experiences! What

a wonderful experience I had!

Hi, Katherine! It has been a while! Thank you for sharing this

wonderful experience with all of us. I'm fascinated by it. It so nice

you were given that glimpse of what happened on your uncle's arrival.

Happy rather than sad. And it's so great you were able to tell your

family about what you saw and they accepted it, is that right? What a

blessing, and you were able to help.
