Guest guest Posted July 26, 2008 Report Share Posted July 26, 2008 i have been experiencing full body pain similar to the feelings of the flu ( i do have fibromyalgia or so i was told - used to feel this pain alot til i started taking quifenesen) yet i do think this pain is k related - i find it is strongest when i am in bed - so i have discovered that bouncing my body like being on a trampoline only prone really helps - it also gets the energy going in my feet and hands- the pain relaxes and i feel so good after a good bounce- i tend to do this when i wake up during the night also - just wanted to share/offer possible relief to others Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
