Guest guest
I read a past post of yours regarding the discoloration of toes. You mentioned that when someones starts to activate, this may happen. I have black spots on both big toes, they have been there for a couple of months. I don't have diabetes and there not bruises since they don't hurt. The only thing I can think of is Kundalini side-effects. Is this normal for my situation? Is this a sign of my K blockage? I can only assume so. Your suggestion says to massage the feet and to walk the earth barefoot. I'll start more of these. Thank you! Guest guest
That was the most disgusting tea I have ever made. I meditated for awhile and felt " lifted " but I had no vision quest. My friend who joined me had her animal spirits visit her. My dreams were stange last night. We both plan to have another tea time soon. I will walk on the ground and massage my feet as much as possible with the occasional Qigong practice. blessings Lisa ************* Sun Jul 27, 2008 6:48 pm (PDT) Yes for your particular case Lisa you can do those activities.
