Hello Tilly,

Welcome and make yourself at home! Please consider

getting some watermelon inside you for the balancing of your kidneys

and some of the heat. Eat it on an empty stomach if you can and stay

well hydrated.

You are doing well to have come so early inside of your activation

and there are others here from the Austin area so you have friends

here in this group who are inside of this gift as well!

Good to read you found the safeties, practice them including the

Tibetans but take out the alternate nostril breathing. Really work

on your emotional body as the Kundalini can magnify issues that come

up for resolution or balance in ways that could be abrupt. - and

they do come up!

Tongue up, eyes up, fingers locked, should be very good for you. Do

not " try " to bring the energy up to the top of your head let that go

as it (the Kundalini) wishes it to go.

This is an intelligent energy and it has an agenda for you. Do your

best to completely surrender to this agenda. You have many friends

here inside of very similar conditions please feel free to

communicate your experiences no matter how strange or wonderful. -

blessings and welcome again Tilly! - chrism

Thanks Chism. I did get some watermelon yesterday. Just so happens I

love it so won't be a problem eating it every day. Thank you for all

the help here on this forum. I'm sure I'll have lots of questions.

Just wondering, why is kundalini rising so hard on the kidneys?

Tilly
