Guest guest
Thanks for the feedback. I think all of your suggestions were right on. As a Mediterranean goddess, Inanna is likely to share traits with Hera, the Peacock Angel, Isis, and others. As I found out, Inanna embodies the journey to the underworld, the loss of the ego, and the encounter with the Shadow Self. All of these themes resonate strongly with what has been going on in my life recently. Chrism: she didn't speak to me, but I clearly heard the name Inanna while looking at her. I went back last night. She didn't look like a woman any more--just a gorgeous peacock tail set against the background of a violet light. The two of us took a journey to the underworld. We were both turned to dust, and then went back to the upper world with our brand new golden light bodies. Ana: what you say about seeing glimpses of Lakshmi resonates with my early K experiences. A few months after my spontaneous activation, I started seeing symbols of Hindu deities or even just fragments of traditional Hindu iconographies. I had to do some research in order to figure out what Hindu god/dess was beginning to manifest in my visions. It has been a fascinating journey ever since. Guest guest
That is really interesting Selena. My book said Isis went into the underworld and defeated the red dragon and put it in chains. I suppose the red dragon would represent the shadow self? Linda , " selena255 " <selena wrote: > > Thanks for the feedback. I think all of your suggestions were right > on.
