Guest guest Posted July 29, 2008 Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 Hello everyone,for the past 20 years at certain times I have experienced a tangling or lighted headness from the back of head and expanding to the top and sides of my head. The feeling now becomes so intense that my eyes begin to water and I get chil bumbs. It's not painfull but rather pleasant feeling. I have never fully understood this experience and would like to know more about it. I read a message from this group (chrsm)that explain Kundalini- Awakening. I beleve this is the case with me that am having some type of new awakening. I feel that when I experience this sensation that there is more to it than just the physcial effects. I would like to know if there is someone here that has had a similar experience and what they have learn or gain from the experience and how they gain greater understanding or enlightment.
