The woman who taught me to meditate explained that any visions, or

Eureka! moments we got at 3am were not to be believed. If we were taken

in by them we should write down the event, leave things for three days

and then look back on what we had written If it still made sense then

and only then, act on it.

 

I found this to be good advice. LS

Hi LS,

Hmmmmm, I haven't found that to be true for me. Shakti often communicates with us at that time. I find myself bolting awake from teaching dreams around 3am and they are usually very useful. It's always good to document our experiences and to use our inner discernment, but I would not go into it with the attitude that the experiences are not valid. I think we could lose some very valuable information that way. Just my opinion.

opposite for me everything seems to come out to play at 3am..

you can feel things happen , at every 3 interval 3, 6,9, etc

but i think 3am is the strongest...
