Guest guest
The woman who taught me to meditate explained that any visions, or Eureka! moments we got at 3am were not to be believed. If we were taken in by them we should write down the event, leave things for three days and then look back on what we had written If it still made sense then and only then, act on it. I found this to be good advice. LS , " gleno " <gleno wrote: > > " In a real dark night of the soul it is always three o'clock in the > morning, day after day. " > - F. Guest guest
Hi LS, Hmmmmm, I haven't found that to be true for me. Shakti often communicates with us at that time. I find myself bolting awake from teaching dreams around 3am and they are usually very useful. It's always good to document our experiences and to use our inner discernment, but I would not go into it with the attitude that the experiences are not valid. I think we could lose some very valuable information that way. Just my opinion. Guest guest
opposite for me everything seems to come out to play at 3am.. you can feel things happen , at every 3 interval 3, 6,9, etc but i think 3am is the strongest... paula
