Guest guest
You may wish to revisit that instruction LS. Three a.m. is a time that much Kundalini activity will present to the person. Much phenomena and it will often carry a teaching. Shakti communicates via dreams and visions at that time quite regularly. You may find yourself instantly awake at three a.m. and if so I recommend doing the Tibetans and the breathing and the meditation before going back to bed. This is considered the " Golden hour " . - blessings LS - chrism , " Skydancer " <ionaskydancer wrote: > > The woman who taught me to meditate explained that any visions, or > Eureka! moments we got at 3am were not to be believed. Guest guest
I now have to ask myself whether I could have had Awakenings at that time and my teacher was against this. I feel quite robbed of possible past experiences-what could have been? Even worse I used to teach Religious Studies. I feel like a Politician spreading lies to the masses in order to control. I will forgive myself for this and hope all those little souls that sat in my classes went on to find what I have now found. LS , " chrism " <> wrote: > > You may wish to revisit that instruction LS. Guest guest
Fear and ignorance are forgiven. Forgive your meditation teacher and forgive yourself and do not worry about the children. They are in Gods hands too as are you. - chrism
Guest guest
Thank you Chrism. I realise that I have so much to unlearn but I am a fast unlearn-er! As I mentioned to you, I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher for 5yrs and I am not surprised to hear that it is at odds with Kundalini healing. When a Reiki Master makes a connection to what they imagine to be the 'light/god/sacred master/higher self, etc..' it does leave them and their client open to negative energy. I also found that unless I really protected myself I would take on the symptoms of the client I was healing. I found this to be especially true of those with emotional problems that were manifesting as physical symptoms. The client went away happy and I was left drained by them. I would like it very much if you could discuss Kundalini healing with us here. Again I can quickly unlearn my Reiki methods and will not 'hang on', attached to a method that is no longer part of who I am becoming. If it will be beneficial to my awakening to put aside the old LS to make space for the new energies, then so be it. I am not sure about others in the group but this whole Kundalini Awakening is changing my body and my mindset. What a wonderful journey I am on and what wonderful people are taking the voyage with me. Blessings, LS x , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Fear and ignorance are forgiven. Guest guest
Yes no worries LS. We all have the opportunity to unlearn some of what has brought us to Kundalini. It has served its pupose in a positive way and it is a good time to replace that teaching. - , " Skydancer " <ionaskydancer wrote: > > Thank you Chrism.
