Such visions the last few days

I have been doing a new meditation specifically to help you find your angels and

spirit guides. Last night as I drifted off to sleep......my late father showed

himself to me.....a beam of light went from his heart into mine, I began to cry,

I could feel him, his love, his energy so intensly. He then said he was only

hear to bring me to my guides. His mother, who died several years ago. And her

mother, and her mother before that. A room, a family room in a house of an old

friend from high school, filled with the matriarchs of my family. They said I

was to be the next, a strong irish woman in a long line of others, they said I

was different and would face many trials, but that I must use that to change the

lives of other woman, who need to feel strong. They told me I must write,

paint, and they stressed I must exercise. As a gift, they said my father would

be with me all night.

 

Today, as I feel asleep for a much needed nap, I heard cries on

anguish.....they were very real.....frightened I went to see if my mom and sis

were ok, they were fine, watching tv, obviously not hearing what I was. So I

went back to bed.....it was difficult to sleep with cries. Then their were orbs

flying around the room. The orbs came together and formed visions of

people.....my father, my brother, who is still living, a woman I did not know,

and christ.

 

This morning, and after the nap I woke up soaked with sweat.....dripping wet. I

have been in pain the two days too......unexplainable, constanly shifting and

moving.

Perhaps it is time to paint and write and excercise. A follow through

on the vision. - blessings to all strong Irish women! - chrism

Amy, love, hope you find some comfort , maybe you should not try to contact your

guides but just allow it to happen naturally with the kundalini. Opening up to

quickly to things can bring adverse side affects (like entitys as i recently

found out!) be safe, walk bare foot and take care of your lovely self.
