Please do no more than six repetitions when starting the Tibetans. If

the second one hurts or is painful do less of that one but do not skip

it. The legs do not have to be stright they can be bent at the knees.

They do not come all the way up tp the head but the knees can merely

come up to the navel. Try it this way and let me know how you feel
