Factors of Conditioning for Shaktipat - All

It is possible for Shaktipat reception and participation but only

to the degree with which you give of yourself to the active daily

practice of the safety protocols. In these areas specifically:

 

Forgiveness of self and others.

Gratitude of self and others.

Tolerance of self and others.

Emotional stability

Anger management towards self and others.

Trust in self and others

Graciousness under pressure

Personal honesty

Personal integrity

Kindness towards self and others

Service for others

Time spent in meditation both awake and inner expressions

Degree of capability and continuous practice of the 5 Tibetans

Time spent in prayer

Diligence in the practice of the afore mentioned

 

The Shaktipat at the Equinox and the Solstice is strong and so must

you be in order to receive and hold it. Not muscle strong but

strength in the afore mentioned areas. Kundalini is intelligent if

it determines that you cannot at that moment hold it safely you

won't feel a thing. If on the other hand you have conditioned with

due diligence then you will receive and you will feel it. The degree

of reception is strictly determined by your practice of the safeties.

 

Yet even as you practice the safeties and read the posts and

interact with other members you are being given to. You are

participating in a Shaktipat of your own design. What we call the

sitepat. It is also strong. So the sitepat mixed in with your

diligent practice gives you a great opportunity for participation.

 

Depending on how you " feel " about yourself and what you have to

offer yourself will greatly determine your tactile sensations with

regard to any symptoms you may have.

 

You are quite new to this environment and the Kundalini path. I do

respect your choice to be here and do honor your stated commitments

to your practice and I encourage you to continue to do this practice

and to substitute any expectation you may have with a mindful

patience.

 

Meditate on your position in life and allow your research into the

Kundalini to sift its way into a form of meditation that is a part

of every waking moment. Relate your day in a way that allows you to

begin to feel the connections with Kundalini and what role it has

had in your day and in so doing will you deepen the conditioning

process for your eventual awakening to it.

 

I would meditate and pray five times a day in my waking hours just

to begin to even try and understand what was happening to me.

 

So get ready. Condition yourself and begin to make the changes in

your ego and in your emotional balance that allow stability to go

very, very deep into the effects of the experiences of your life

upon you.
