Guest guest
It really sounds like such a sterile term for this. Anyway.. I'm just starting on this path as well as just starting to learn about it. Is the adrenaline always present? It's not the most comfortable feeling. Well I'm sure the energy decreases at times. Maybe some conscious deep breathing will help. Or some time outside tonight. Think i may finally have found something to decrease my appetite he he, may lose some weight.. Also curious how people go through this while working full time jobs? Today and yesterday tired and my logical/analytical thought process seem to be drunk, i must have missed that margarita session. Slow and hard to remember some stuff. The other morning i had some kind of sound come out of my throat which woke me up. Hard to describe. Primal. Probably the energy working with my throat chakra. Guest guest
At first as the Kundalini infuses the adrenal glands yes you will have much energy. Just realizing what it is helps one to maintain balance. It will not last forever you will have peaks and valleys of this as the kundalini works its way through your system. Same with the dullness and the extreme sharpness of the mind and mental processes. Also look at the emotional factor and be prepared to reign in some of the emotional upheavals that can occur when you are at work or driving or in a social environment. Be aware of this especially with a spouse. Deep breathing may increase the energy. Spontaneous vocalizations will occur. Not typically at work though more often at home. Same with spontaneous movements of the body these are called kriyas. Do your best to completely surrender to these as these positions are what the body needs at that time to process and balance inside of the Kundalini. Watch your changing dietary requirements and discontinue for a time, coffees and artificial and processed sugars and flours. Discontinue the high fructose corn syrups. And some of the really " hot " spicy foods. - blessings to you. - chrism , <firefly wrote: > > It really sounds like such a sterile term for this.
