As Smileforme--and possibly Venus---were not members on July 25, 2008 when these were posted in post #37834, I am reprinting them here. The introduction is Chrism's:

We generate copious e-mails here and this is a good thing as I feel communication is what is needed inside of an awakening. I remember when I was in the early stages and there was very little information to be had. When I could find it I would consume it like a starving person eats food! So I do understand how important the immediacy of information is. With this in mind I would like to offer some guidelines with regard to posting that can streamline how the information is given and received and how we can educate ourselves by the lessons of our experience with the Kundalini. We can help each other in this way. I would like to thank all of the moderators from this group and the healing group as they have compiled and worked these guidelines into reality.Please understand that these guidelines are already occurring for the most part. Yet a gentle reminder of these guidelines will be

given at the beginning of each month that we may continue to offer this information in consideration for those who do not have the same kind of internet options and for those who must pay for certain internet receptions.
