Anyone else here work with crystals for kundalini help?

A good friend of mine and spiritual teacher got today that my working a piece of Morganite will help with my heart and throat chakras. (He knows I work with crystals). I got a piece to wear over my heart chakra and could immediately feel the effects of it especially in my heart area. I was also quite sensitive for a few hours afterwards, indicating to me that it is working.
