Guest guest
THANK YOU, Chrism! Now....I need to ask you about something I have been experiencing for the last week. Last weekend, I began to get some pain in my lower back, which, as you know, I have been experiencing ever since my K was activated in February of 2007. This time, the pain started in my left hip area---just below my waist in my left buttox. As the week has progressed, the pain has migrated across my back on the same horizontal plane, resting for a couple of days in the middle of my lower back, then in my right buttox, and finally in my right hip joint, where the pain has been for the last 3 days. The pain in my right hip joint has bordered on excruciating...it was so bad Friday morning that I literally could not walk. I was bad...I gave in and took some Ibuprophen just so I could go to work. I have not taken anything since Friday morning and I took nothing anytime last week when the pain was migrating. Along with the back pain, I have been waking up during the night with a bad headache that has remained with me when I awakened in the morning. It fades as the day goes on, and then I have gone to bed without a headache each night...only to awaken in the night with a bad headache all over again. I've had backaches and headaches over the last 17 months of my awakening process...but not like this. At times, the pain in my right hip feels like a stretching sensation. Is this Kundalini? And the headaches coming out of nowhere in the night? Could use some feedback and direction, please. Thank you, Chrism, Claudia--- On Sat, 8/2/08, chrism <> wrote: <> Bottom Line/ Ending the "chrism kundalini experience" thread. Date: Saturday, August 2, 2008, 7:23 PM I am going to bring an end to this "chrism kundalini experience" thread. Not because of the abuse towards me I am used to that but because it is taking us away from more valuable subjects like the Kundalini itself and how we awaken it and after doing that how we live with it. We can have more drama as far as teachers and what is taught at another time as these issues are cyclical.Kundalini is given and taught here as a way towards enlightenment by the actions of the Kundalini on the body. If the teachings resonate with you and you wish to be here then you are most welcome. If you are here to dispute the teachings and insult the membership then there are other places for you to be.This group is not open to hijackers. You get to have your say as long as you are able to be nice to others and to stay on topic. If you have issues with these very simple guidlines then perhaps another group will be better for you.I am not here as someone to whom you or anyone should pray to or be obsequious towards. This is not what is given here. If this is what you are looking for in an "enlightened" teacher then there are other groups for you to do that with. The approach here is largely based upon the safety protocols for Kundalini Awakening. These can be found here:http://www.kundalin iawakeningsystem s1.com/the- safeties. htmlIf this is aggreeable for you then welcome and enjoy! If they are not then its been nice knowing you! -
Guest guest
The quick answer is that yes it is Kundalini related as a result of the deep sorrow you experienced while with an awakening and the expansion of that sorrow due to the awakening. I will continue this offlist for your privacy. -

Guest guest
Depends on whether you consider Kundalini 'odd,' LOL....the awakening process involves assorted pains....to be sure, ask Chrism! He can sometimes take a "look" at you and see what dynamic might be involved.
