Guest guest
It is standard practice to place newbies on moderation on most groups- - to " feel them out " . Once they show they are not in the group to 'destroy' I then allow them to fly free. Then if they start to get strange --put them back on moderation until they understand proper 'group manners'. Some people leave and come back as different I.D.'s. Some come in as multiple I.D.'s to make an instant ally so they can have " multiple attacks'. On my personal group-newbies that come in spamming get banned automatically. Members that can't behave after being gently warned get banned. It saves time and space for " the good stuff " . :) Stephen , " chrism " <> wrote: > > We have a special place here.
