Guest guest
Today is my wedding anniversary. I'm sharing this because lately, shakti is everywhere in my life. You've listened patiently to me talk about the creatures and the sky. The trees and the whispering wind. I have so much gratitude for where I have come to. I have so much peace. Fate has deemed, that after spending 15 or so years together 24X7 my wife and I are now on different shifts. Hard to catch up, hard to make contact. My resident goddess <Jean> woke up to fresh cut flowers, her favorite chocolates and coffee, and a copy of " Being Peace " by Thict Nhat Hanh. She has been so busy I think she might have actually forgotten. Taking time out from her job, as wife, mother, concubine, partner, intellectual peer, accountant, laundress, cook at the wooden boat school, web designer, and ceo. She let her graphics designer part kick in. I have this card I will treasure for the rest of my life. I am so fortunate to have a love like this. Read what I'm going to type here and just think about it. I can't share the card itself but it is simple, clean, neat. The words are " I looked at you and saw a part of me. I spoke your name as though I had said it a thousand times before. I held you hand and found it fit perfectly within my own. " I have more I could say, but I have to leave it there. Peace Don

Guest guest
Happy anniversary, you two. I would say lucky, lucky, but I have a feeling you both have done a lot of chopping wood and hauling water to get where you're at. Your life/love sound so wonderful and ideal. Guest guest
Hi Paula, I am learning a lot of new words from you. I had to look up strop. Hehe! I like the following definition of the word best. strop: The action of a cat arching its back and rubbing against the leg of a favoured person, often weaving figure 8 patterns in a way most likely to trip that person. " As soon as I got home, both cats immediately stropped against me, quickly turning my pantlegs into furry lint-magnets. Guest guest
Have a great anniversary. You and your wife are a very lucky and special couple. You could teach waring couples so much about love and most importantly, respect. I wish you many, many more years of happiness. LS, x , merlin wrote: > > Today is my wedding anniversary. Guest guest
Aw shucks, golly gee whizz, I guess if you are going to worship the goddess, you start with the one you have. Due to schedules all we managed was dinner together but that was nice. We've been together for about fifteen years, official for the last nine. She is also my best friend. I do think Shakti speaks to me through her, sometimes she gets the oddest look on her face and says " Now why did I say that? " She came up to me after a meeting, where I was the one speaking, introduced herself, held out her hand to shake, and I never gave it back. Thanks to all for your good wishes !! Peace Don > Don, > > You are a PRINCE!!! How blessed your wife must feel to have such a loving > and thoughtful, and appreciative husband!!! Happy Anniversary to you.
