WE are spirit. so why would WE want to control the future unless WE are somehow scared of the future? Languaging is the art of paying attention to what we say, as how we say things not only tells others more about us than what we say, it also has a huge impact on how we create our reality. Manifestation of a positive desired goal was the intent behind the post you were responding to, and I initially responded to it with a hearty " amen " because I wasn't reading down to the languaging the way you did. Now that I look at it, it is interesting how the languaging she used does seem to contradict the stated intent, which is something she could find useful to think about if she doesn't get mad at you for the way you pointed it out to her <g>. I just wanted to point out though that if you read past that, you may find that you and Claudia are not on all that different a wave-length really. What I saw that she was trying to say is we do have an impact on manifestation (though I might personally argue how much) and it is better to have a creative outlook than a fear-based one. I expect there is likely to be agreement on that much. basically i'm questioning why someone would base the reality of the future on a couple of tall tales and ancient myths. I've studied 2012 too, and I do have some similar concerns about how seriously and fearfully people are taking it lately. I agree with Claudia that it is dangerous to look at it through a fear-based lens. I have wondered what the fearmongers will do with themselves on Dec 22 2012 (laugh) ... oh well, the earth is still here and so am I, back to the drawing board! As for a Kundalini community, if it's growing from the idea that it would be wonderful to grow a community of K-active people and/or provide a safe retreat of sorts, I am all for it. Self-sustaining communities are good ideas from a variety of perspectives, survival being only one (hopefully small) motivating factor. I have friends creating a self-sustaining community in Panama. They simply feel this is the best lifestyle choice for them, fear has no impact on their decision-making as far as I can tell. I do think we need more information from Donna and before we jump to any conclusions about the aim or goals of this project. Brandi
