Guest guest
That has happened to me too and for awhile i stopped meditating because it felt to me like 20-30 min but it was more like 3-4 hours and i never knew where i was going or what i was going to see.It felt to me like there was this screen in front of my eyes and i could choose to go there or just watch it from within. It felt to me like i was spying, lol. love, nicole , " Chris_H " <chghes1 wrote: > > Hello all > > Can going into a deep meditation when alone be dangerous ? Guest guest
The ice is the sensation of the Shakti and the slowed blood flow. It isnt dangerous as this is a factor of Kundalini and is effect upon your meditations. This is a toll of your further spiritual journey in this areas Chris. Dont be afraid. It is natural. Just do not let yourself come out of the med. too abruptly. Be gentle and slow about it. The " Long Go Pas " runners in Tibet do a meditation that in many ways disassociates them from reality except that they can bound 60 yards at a step. For this reason they were used as messengers. It is said to be a very dangerous thing to break them out of the meditation artificially. But this isnt what you are doing, just illustrating that there are " some " meditations that can be deleterious if others intervene. Let yourself be guided to go deep. And do not fear it. You have more to do. - , " Chris_H " <chghes1 wrote: >Hello all Can going into a deep meditation when alone be dangerous ?
Guest guest
One time when I was meditating, I went real deep and all of a sudden a vision appeared which said " Warning! Warning! " in flashing red letters. It scared the crapola out of me. LOL! It was actually a self hypnosis meditation I was experiementing with and I took myself to deep I guess. Guest guest
Thank you chrism for the guidance on this subject . I will try to be more at ease if this happens again . After stretching and sitting down I begin to breath through my right nostril and this did help me to build up some heat within .
