Guest guest
I have a question for the group. I am just curious as to everyone's experiences as it relates to your daily blissful experiences/infusions. How often do you experience them, meaning daily, and if daily hourly?, and do they last for hours? When they last for more than an hour, how do you manage to carry on your normal activities and function? I do well on some days, and than on others not so well. I am looking for any sort of advice or tips on how to carry on when these periods occur. For the last month they have been intense and have lasted sometimes for hours, and although I think I am doing MUCH better as far as coping and functioning while it is happening, I STILL find it difficult at times to carry on and function in a normal capacity. If I am at work, most often I have to close the door to my office and just ride it out, until it ends. This often times will be anywhere from 15 minutes to 50 minutes or sometimes more than an hour. If someone knocks on the door I try and be as brief as possible in my communication with them, but it can be a struggle and most definitely can be counter-productive. I have no choice but to continue and work. So when I hear the word surrender, I understand that, but how do you surrender to it, when you are at the workplace? I guess that is my question. If I am home, no problem... I just stop what I am doing, and I completely DO surrender, because I am able to do just that, but at work, I find it difficult to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated. My comprehension is so bad during these times, if I am in a presentation for example and am supposed to be absorbing what is being presented... Well if I am in a period of bliss, you can pretty much forget that! I leave remembering very little.... The sensation of bliss of course is wonderful, but the stress of not performing the duties of my job can get to me at times..... Just brainstorming a bit if you don't mind. Thanks for your help. Guest guest
Well Sharon,i personally, don't have a problem with bliss, the more the better for me,lol.I can do everything while i'm blissed out but it gets kind of hard when you have to think and inside you feel like laughing continuosly, lol. When i don't feel the bliss constantly i get grouchy and i feel really alone and lost, just as now.I must have the word sucker written on my face because while i went to the store to return a pair of jeans that my daughter couldn't fit into,i was just offered a psychic reading by this little old woman and i refused. In the beginning ,i was constantly blissed out and i didn't care about anything, lol. It doesn't last forever, there will be days when you'll miss it.What happens if you kind of smile while you are doing your presentation ? If you smile and they see you smile then everyone will start smilling.Just a sugestion. love, nicole , Sharon Grubb <sharongrbb2000 wrote: > > I have a question for the group. Guest guest
Ask the Shakti for a break during work periods. Sometimes she is open to this. Make sure you give her time " daily " in your non work periods and do not cheat her out of " time " by working too long. I suggest that you keep the door closed not because you have anything to hide but merely to establish the permanency of the change that has been initiated. It implies that you trust them to do what they need to do without your constant supervision. As far as meetings go, I would suggest that you employ what needs to be used in order to not disturb others in any of the five senses of discernment. I would suggest that if the bliss comes anyway during the meeting that you incorporate it into your " new awareness " and allow that awareness to take on a function of management. Eventually you may begin to hear the thoughts of others at the table. How will you handle this as your mind becomes barraged with the thoughts of eight other people at the table? So the bliss can then be used as a filtration system. Right now it is a good and joyful feeling. But it will mature into a multi-faceted skill that will support the new functions that are developing with in you Sharon. So yes talk with the Shakti. Be open to a conversation. See if a modulation of time periods is in order. If not go with what is given and work gently to incorporate it into the scheme of the dynamics at work. It can be done and done in a way that is conducive to your job being done well! One does not need to be seen as dazed and confused. Kundalini isn't a weakness it is just the opposite! So use this strength and this energy to blossom at work and blossom at a meeting in ways that are most appropriate to those labors. Tune in and turn on the after burners. Then let your natural abilities become enhanced! - blessings Sharon. - chrism
Guest guest
Thanks Nicole, I am not saying it is a bad thing, I just find that the intensity at times is so strong that I cannot focus. I totally understand what you say that when you it is not there you miss it. It is almost a catch 22 at times for me. When it is not there I do miss it, but when it is there full force it is difficult to function. Very hard to describe, but I sooo appreciate your response.
