Guest guest
Hello Uday, Having a dwarf of any color on your back may not be the best thing for back pain - lol. A parasite. Good response! - lol. Yes the pressures will build as you do your practice. So be advised about going too fast or doing too much. We need to give the physical body time to adjust. I know you are a student of KY as well so are you still engaged in the practice of this yoga? If so you may be rushing things a bit by combining the safeties with the KY. Back off some part of your practice and lessen the amount of reps in the Tibetans. You probably started out doing all 21 yes? Also give some time to your meditations and begin a cleansing of the body physical through moral purifications. I.E. the emotional aspect of the safeties. Do the locks but without exerting pressures. " Be gentle with your temple. " - blessings my friend and great to read you! - chrism
Guest guest
Dear Chrism, I used to perform the yogas and meditation but not consistently. However I do practice music (vocal) regularly and perform. It provides me great inner peace and bliss! You are correct in your response - I started off doing all 21 Tibetans and have been rushing! (Since I do regular workouts I thought it would be OK - apparently not so!) Partially because I can not wait to see what it would feel like to be ONE with everything... Does one have to wait for Shaktipat before doing these practice?
