Guest guest
The singing is great don't stop. The rushing isn't so great. It stresses all of the five bodies simultaneously so please slow down dear friend. Go slow and back off to nine of the Tibetans and do them slowly as well even though I know you can do them fast. Are you also doing the meditations at the end and the breathing? Be careful Uday. No need to storm the gates of heaven. Be kind to yourself and kind to others. Bring your moral integrity into its highest form and expression. Do service for others and go deep in your meditations. You are quite new to this and already are stressing the container. - lol. Relax and realize that you life will be completely changed. Be thorough and be patient and be diligent and be discerning. You will feel the unity but it can damage you severely if you are not conditioned appropriately. Do not rush Uday. The Shaktipat will give to you what you can hold at that time. I do not blow people away with this. They get small amounts and the time to process it. Then more and the time to process that. Let your ego desires take a back seat to your wisdom and maturity. - Yes? - blessings Uday! - chrism
Guest guest
Thank you so much for your kindness and concerns, Chrism! I will slow down. Yes, I am doing meditations (30mins) after breathing. But I am not doing in any particular sequence. Sometime I do meditate and then later in the day I do breathing as time permits. Should I follow a particular sequence, Chrism? I enjoy my singing - it gives me bliss and I sing any free time I get. (Indian classical vocal) I do " Om " meditation sometimes using musical scales (up and down the scale but singing Om). By the way, last night after I went to bed in the middle of night I felt sudden rush of sensations that felt very pleasant. Infact it felt as if I was floating but it lasted perhaps 4-6 secs! The feeling was as if I was somewhere else. Trying to put my finger on what that was.. I will slow down, Chrism.. no worries.. luckily my temperament allows me to be kind/compassionate and helpful without much effort. I am thankful to the higher spirit for this. But I am not perfect and will work on my weak spots...Thanks so much.. I did not realize until now the kindness you bestow on people and genuine concerns! I am so lucky to have your " satsang " (good company).. Regards, Uday , " chrism " <> wrote: > > The singing is great don't stop. > > The rushing isn't so great.
