Today I wanted to begin practicing the safties, but I have problems doing the 5 Tibetans: I am down with multiple sclerosis, and I have to use a wheel chair. I am not in a wheelchair but I am restricted in mobility (getting up off the floor is painful) ... so I'd love to have a version I could do mostly seated.
