What triggers a spontaneous awakening

Hi all

What exactly causes spontaneous " K " awakenings , no shaktipat ,

traumatic event or bodily accident but instead you come home one day

and have a fully blown " K " awakening . After the initial awakening " K "

begins to upgrade the bodies on many different levels , allowing the

body to hold much higher vibrations of energy .

Does " K " help us to evolve or does " K " provide the realization that we

are already perfect spiritual beings . As " K " works within we begin to

have emotions of the past brought before us that must be cleared . As

we clear and release all past emotional baggage , we become lighter .

So as we release to receive is " K " bringing evolution to what we will

be or realization that we all ready are ?

That depends on many factors Chris. Everything from Karma to the

spiritual life plan of that inidivual. Like you Chris this is an

experience that you were going to have and are going to have / having.

Part of the plan for you.

A person reaches a certain area of expression in their life and the

Kundalini comes. Shakti uncoils and rises. The dyanimics of this

require much more information about the individual than we can

understand in our limited bodies and express within our limited

communication skills. -

Mine wasn't a " one day " event, but I wasn't meditating. I

didn't even know the word " Kundalini " until two years into what

I called " The Experiences " . I suspect that a boyfriend I was

involved with at the time was playing psychic games with me. He left me

wide open, and I had an experience psychically later on that blew

everything up.

After the initial

awakening " K "

begins to upgrade the bodies on many different levels , allowing the

body to hold much higher vibrations of energy .

That wasn't my experience but I really think my " K " went up the

wrong pipe so to speak. I basically fried my endocrine system and my

back, gained 100+ pounds and I am still struggling to regain my

health.

Does " K "

help us to evolve or does " K " provide the realization that

we

are already perfect spiritual beings .

That one is above my pay grade <g>.

As " K "

works within we begin to

have emotions of the past brought before us that must be cleared .

As

we clear and release all past emotional baggage , we become lighter

..

I have definitely found that to be the case. I would wish for more

progress in the physical <g> ...
