Guest guest Posted August 17, 2008 Report Share Posted August 17, 2008 Last night i was ok and by that i mean no extreme heat in my heart chakra radiating everywhere and me sweating.I did some reading before bed and then i shut off the lamp and as i waited to fall asleep it just started.It wasn't hot in the room before so no need for ac and all i was covered with was a sheet but soon that changed.My legs,soles of my feet and my chest got so hot i threw the sheet off.I was able to fall asleep later on but as soon as i woke up,it atarted again.Everything burns from my knees up to my crown.Ugh ! I tried ice packs but it doesn't work.Also showers with cold water neither.I feel like my heart and crown are pulsating,lol.Anything else i can do ?!
