Guest guest
Friends, there is no prohibition on members emailing each other off list about personal, off-topic issues and for the purpose of getting to know each other outside of the context of Kundalini. But I ask you this: in our interactions and discussions about K topics, do we not 'get to know each other?' Do we not, in the process of talking about Kundalini, become better acquainted? I agree with Valarie that the feeling of family is wonderful. What I have always valued about the 'family' aspect of this group is the fact that it blossoms from the process of sharing our awakening and the concomitant issues. What I have seen lately is a weakening in the bond of this group, to be quite honest....the focus seems to have been shifted from what we are all here for...it seems more focused on personalities...and who expresses themselves "well"...and 'who likes whom.' This isn't about personalities and spats. It's about the extremely difficult, challenging, sometimes gut-wrenching and (thankfully) sometimes blissful process of awakening to human divinity. People come and go in this group. There is no need for anyone to be upset about any of this if we focus on the Safeties and the business of Kundalini. We may feel empathy for people's choices---because we are empathetic people---and we don't have to stop loving, or even communicating, with former members. But we must remember that Kundalini (or any spiritual journey) is about self-discovery and choices. Our 'higest good' is very personal, and has nothing to do with this group. Ask yourself this: if this group dissolved tomorrow, what is your highest good? I hope we can all remember that---when all is said and done---the whole point of this journey is to find our ultimate resource inside of ourselves. Blessings & love to us all, Claudia --- On Sun, 8/17/08, Valarie Vousden <vjvousden wrote: Valarie Vousden <vjvousden Re: Paula has left- i wish her the greatest in life Date: Sunday, August 17, 2008, 7:33 PM Ah...well... so much is being purged by this single event. Perhaps because it's in such close proximity to the "smilesforme" episode. We are being given a lesson here if we can take in the much wider picture and see it. Guest guest
Dear Claudia, > I hope we can all remember that---when all is said and done---the whole point of this journey is to find our ultimate resource inside of ourselves. < Beautifully expressed Claudia! Thank you! I noticed a change in the group as well and was getting to the point where I didn't even want to read the posts and it was very disappointing, because I remember how this group was when I first joined it over a year ago. Thank you for helping to keep this group on track! Kindest regards...Angelina , Claudia <newtfoodbowl wrote: > > > > > > Friends, there is no prohibition on members emailing each other off list about personal, off-topic issues and for the purpose of getting to know each other outside of the context of Kundalini. Guest guest
Dear Claudia, It seems like some people think that Kundalini is all fun and games and perhaps one day they will find out different and that to " Know Thyself " is the message for all.
