Invited fishing, I was secretly petrified of the whole experience.

And yet, it turned out to be an inward journey for me. We were on

the Zambezi River, and my heart was filled with gratitude and love for

the natural beauty of my surroundings, waking early one morning before

everyone else and watching the sun rise, was so beautiful that the

only way to express how I was feeling was to let the tears fall.

Tears of joy, and love. To feel the wholeness of just being, to be

still and breathe in the silence, my heart was aching with the

gratitude I felt

of being in such a beautiful place. I felt so sensitive the whole

time I was there, that I was like a dripping tap. It was a fishing

competition and I couldn't be near the weigh in feeling so heart sore

at times I felt like the fish, unable to breathe, and wondering why

the other people there don't see what they do and don't seem to feel.

At times it was like I was outside of myself seeing things in a

different way, the greatness of one, its just beyond belief.

So basically I am telling you all this so that if you need to get in

touch with that place where your heart is so full, go to a place of

beauty, a place of solitude and that may help you to find your place

of beauty and solitude within yourself.

I love reading all of your messages and thank you all for them x

lots of love

Beautiful Lara,

How wonderful. The Zambezi river full of life and the

creator spirit Nyaminyami as an artery of sustenance and life for

exotic Africa! Thank you for sharing the gift of that sunrise and of

your awakening experiences of stepping outside of yourself. The

vibrant page of life upon your adventure breathes with your Kundalini

and your force and expression of conscious existence, and its basic

building blocks that so many are not aware of yet. Thank you for your

excellent suggestions for reaching within. A timely message. -

blessings to you Lara - chrism
