Guest guest
I've got a strange question. I noticed this yesterday and it's more prominant today. Every few minutes I'll get a leg twitch, or an arm twitch. There is no pattern that I have discerned, and it is not accurate to the second or minute or anything like that, but it is pretty consistant. Is this a K thang, or early stages of Parkinson's or nothing at all? Thanks and vibrant love to all, Bill
Guest guest
Hi Bill.. From my experience, it was a K. thang...mine have stopped now, but i went through times (and probably continusouly for well over a year) where there was constant twitching and nadis opening up..sometimes I would have multiple areas happening at the same time. Often one muscle or body part would have major twitches for a day or so... the twitches were never painful... all the best Bruce , Bill <astronutski wrote: > > I've got a strange question. Guest guest
I've had that, too, and think it's definitely K related. I'm having it in my face these days, mostly around one eye or the other and it feels so strong I think I must look really funny but I look in a mirror and don't really see it. I feels like my face is rearranging itself sometimes! LOL I don't think it really is...just feels like it. Also have felt body shudders lately. Sitting in my chair at supper last night I felt my chair vibrate, like little "bump-bump-bump" ings. I thought "tremor"! But no one felt it but me. So it was a body shudder. If felt strange and I've had it happen twice in the last 2 days. No idea what it was. But again, I think it was absolutely K somehow! She's busy right now with me for some reason. Good! Good luck and keep it going! Love, Valarie
Guest guest
Sounds like mild Kriyas Bill. Search on this site or the other K site for kriyas, twitching, shuddering or any other word like that to describe what you felt. You'll like find lots of posts from others about similar symptoms. Some people seem to have kriyas, others don't. It could move from very mild to full fledged whole body movements. Do a little search. be well, bradly
Guest guest
Twitching is becoming common to me these days. I really enjoy the sensation now that I know what it means. I often feel as if I am being lifted of the chair or bed, which can feel strange. It is not something that I would discuss off this list though. Guest guest
I actually find these quite pleasant. I love the feeling of release when these happen. I've been having them for years and thought they were some kind of deep muscle release associated with the healing energy I carry. Nice to have a name for them and more understanding of them.
