lights, dreams, and other k phenomenon

As I read about K symptoms and experiences I realize I have been

having many of these experiences for years.

 

And I was thinking of the dismemberment thing and this came up. I had

many very violent dreams up until about 2 years ago. I just wrote them

off to processing of emotions & fears & releasing. They were very

violent with being chase by people with knives and cut up. I wonder if

these were a prelude to this k awaking. They finally went away around

the time I took Reiki & Reconnective Healing attunements which raised

my vibration. I also don't think I have had any night terrors since then.

 

I am seeing lights sometimes now, sparkles. My favorite are the

blueish/purple sparkles I sometimes see. Very pretty. And at night in

bed when i turn off the light often the ceiling is full of stars. I

also see lots of other stuff in the air, dark & moving. Don't know

what that is. I remember as a child seeing stuff moving in the dark

and it scared me so much then I would ofter cover my head under the

blanket. I'm not scared of this now though. Also Geometric

grids/kaleidescope patterns when i close my eyes, been seeing this for
