Guest guest
I see these stars every night and also through the day whenever I close my eyes-its beautiful, isn't it? as for the geometric shapes, grids and kaleidoscope patterns I started seeing them a few moths before my first spinal sweep. I now see them every night before I go to sleep, along with faces of people I don't know. I am embracing all these changes in mind and body, and enjoying all the discussions on this group. I am learning so much. I feel glad that I have been through my 'dark nights', after nearly loosing my children and my sanity. If I now feel things are looking bad, I say to myself " This too shall pass " , because I know it will. I look upon these times of mental anguish and pain as lessons I am being taught in order to progress. We must all do this. No fighting it, no getting angry with myself or others. 20yrs ago I finally found out that I am here because someone r*ped my mother. My childhood was painful in many ways, but in others full of joy when I was finally adopted by a wonderful family. It took me years to forgive my mother and it was only by hearing this 'truth' that I found a deep, deep love for her and all she had suffered. I never had the chance of meeting my father, but I wish I had. Just to hold him and forgive him, and thank him for my life. Those of you with parents still living, I beg you to forgive them for any perceived ills. Like my birth mother you do not know what they have suffered or endured. Learn about their past and praise and thank them for your existence. Only then can you cleanse your soul and move on. Blessings to you all, my brothers and sisters on the K path.
