I just had a thought on this, I'm sure chrism can give better advice but I

remember reading an article about scientists discovering that athletes who are

injured can imagine doing excercise in the mind through visualisation and get

some of the benefits.

Muscles actually become bigger without doing any excercise other then in the

mind. The body can't differentiate between real time doing and dream time doing.

 

Perhaps this can be useful for people less phsyically mobile with the 5

tibetans?

Worth a try.

Chrism, how about the seated version of the Qigong exercises, the

Eight Pieces of Brocade? It is for developing qi and healing, but I

don't know how it would square with K.
