Shapes and colors ?

Is there some meaning in the shapes and colors we see during

meditation? What is the purpose of them?

 

Last night while doing the CompressionPrayer/Alternate Nostril

breathing, I began seeing a royal blue triangle. Does the triangle

shape and color mean something. If so, what? The triangle wasn't

inanimate, it had movement within it. While seeing this I was having

this sound in my head. Not gunshot sounds like I have gotton before,

but more like someone lightly touching cymbals together. That happened

about 4 or 5 times.

 

After completing my routine, I went to bed. I most always listen to one

on my tape at bedtime, because that is when shakti become most active,

usually as long as the tape last or until I fall asleep. While lying

there last night listening to the music and shakti doing her thing, I

began seeing a violet mist. I have seen this once before. I could see

it with my eyes shut and with them open in the pitch dark room. While

lying there I felt like I was lying on a tube about two inches thick

that went the length from my neck all the way down. It was slightly

uncomfortable. There was some movement felt here in there at times

along this tube. It lasted as long as the CD. Today there has been a

little pressure at the level where my neck begins.

Blue is a common occurrance with the Kundalini. The triangle can mean

many things like a trinity or an aspect of the male or female

depending on if it is pointed up or down or a balanced expression.

Many things Linda. typically you can consider ti a communication to

you. But you must " feel " the interpretation. -
